In multi-domain, the attachments attached in tickets from secondary domains are not accessible from Staff Interface

      Description

      The attachments attached in the tickets which are created from client support center using secondary domain URL, are not accessible via Staff Interface in case of multi-domain setup. Those do not get saved under '__swift' folder of primary domain. These attachments are saved under 'Files' folder of secondary domain helpdesk file, which make them inaccessible when we try to access them from Staff CP, since Primary URL is used to access Staff CP.
