      Description

      In mail parser, If the attachment file extension is not defined, then the system should assume it from content type. For example in raw header:

      Content-Type: image/png;
      name*=utf-8''%64%65%70%61%72%74%6D%65%6E%74%73%74%61%74%75%73%2E%70%6E%67
      Content-Disposition: attachment;
      filename*=utf-8''%64%65%70%61%72%74%6D%65%6E%74%73%74%61%74%75%73%2E%70%6E%67

      It should convert this file name to attachment_1.png. As for now it is converting file name to attachment_1.txt
