"Clear the Due Time" setting under Ticket Statuses settings, does not work properly

      Description

      Steps to replicate:

      1. Set the option "Clear the Due Time" for Closed Status (Marked as Resolved).
      2. Close the Ticket from Staff CP; Due Time gets clear.
      3. Update the Ticket (Keeping the Status as Closed), due time is applied again.

      This should not happen as ticket is under Closed Status.
